I am having fantastic experience in the company, This is place which gives you 100 % ownership and accountability with zero micromanagement All you need is Honesty, dedication and Integrity towards your work. You will get rewarded and recognized for every small to big achievement. Indeed this is an Employee centric Org, we get doctors and Therapist counsellors every week in office. Amazing work Life balance Can't enough thanks to the Mgt for this approach. I would also like to Thanks my Manager for keeping trust in me and giving me opportunities to learn more and more.
