It is like a lala company. No delegation of authorities across all the levels. Poor management at HO. Managers sitting in HO’s of all the departments are egoistic. They don’t care about their subordinate.Delay in decision making.

If you resign, you will be relieved within 30 days, I guess there's nothing best apart from this to be liked. Every month you'll get to see new person joining the company....Leap is always on hiring spree.....LOL.

1) Toxic work culture: It's a typical Indian Lala company where everybody including top management is micromanaged, negative atmosphere, strict policies which change overnight leaving the employees to opt for switching the jobs and discussing job opportunity openly on the office floor. 2) Common Washroom: In 3rd floor common washroom for Men & Women. The bathroom glass was broken but the management ignored it. 15 days the staff was tagged as IN & OUT paper tag. There was no lock on the door. 3) GM of sales : Amit Upadeo is nothing but a heck of a person who is sitting above all the business heads knowing NO NUTS of business. He happens to be coming from FMCG background and implemented B2C culture in a B2B company. If you ever happen to work with him, he can spoil your career. No respect towards subordinates, calls late at night after getting hard drink & just blabber to get his work done. Spends very good time in office cabin, enjoying his coffee, biryani, snacks, biscuits & personal calls. 4) Attendance Policies : Very Very strict...No levy of even a single minutes such like as a GURUKOOL. Single minutes delay is considered as absent, ,that doesn't allow you to leave exact at 6 PM... that's the crime. 5) Fake reviews: HR of the company had officially requested via email to all the Leap users to write fake positive reviews since there were no employees joining despite offers rolled to new employees. This was done to cope up with low rating on Ambition box & Glassdoor. 6) Parking: No parking for vehicle. 7) Loans: No banks gives loans that easily as there's no stability of job in Leap. 8) Process: There is no process in the company, leap doesn't have appropriate ERP to manage their existing data. They literally work on excels and recently implemented the very basic version of SAP B1. Most pathetic and toxic work culture ever seen in my long career. Senior leaders talk abusive even in meetings. Hire and fire culture. Any time you will be thrown out for no reasons. Sharing my personal experince with this company, finally its your call, its your life. take care
