Likes

Very good place to start your career be it in any vertical. Lava is a school for Distribution, it teaches it's employees. Policies are very strong and management is transparent and listens to employees concern through various medium either direct interaction or through open house.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
