I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?

Your job is fully secured if you perform good . L&T has a very prudent and established employee career development system in place . Work culture is better than any other Indian construction companies or even matching with MNCs. Company policies takes care of customer delight ,safety & quality of the product which gives you a very clear indication of how you have to mould yourself.

It is a very big system driven organization . Systems are made for transparency and efficiency enhancing .But the process & decision making is slow .

L&T is the pioneer in engineering and construction and has global footprint over decades. It is the most recognized and trusted organization. I have associated with the organization since 15+ years in various infra projects but unable to find any dislike about it.
