- no salary hike -no appreciation by the management - no response from manager if you have any concerns - force to work for extra hours on weekends 16 hrs per day - very difficult to switch project - HR won't respond to any queries.

It is great company as it separated from IBM. I never feel that I'm working under pressure. Whenever want I get leaves. Everything is good.

I see that increment is not that much good, because I have 8 years of experience in language field but I dont have that much salary here also I completed 5 years in same company.

Nothing much no hikes since transaction from IBM manager is god in this company

Only manager boot lickers will get hike if you expecting yearly hike don't fall in this company manager is god and HR you will not able to reach in your life time waste politics and switching project is not easy they will ask to resign instead of changing project so don't ruin your career on join

Don't join otherwise your Life and job Career will be ruined Forget promotion, your job will always be on risk and you will have to become Slave of your Manager to save your job, you will have to work 15-16 hours per day and you will not be paid for doing overtime and for female employee, you will have to develop physical relations with your manager and senior managers. It's a Lala company, no promotion, no increment, job risk, a lot of compromise, your Manager is your God. Never make complain against your SME, TL or Manager otherwise they will compel you to resign in next few months. HRs are hand in hand with managers.
