Nothing to say No offer letter No lunch area No Id card No salary slip 6 mins late in three day one day salary cut No leave eligibility They are not following goverment rules Un cleanless toilets in services management they are not ready rectified Poor poor management Company working atmosphere like 75 years back (1950)

Very very very Worst worst worst poor poor experience please don't take own decision or other command if you want know about please call employee and ask (HOD's first giving commitments but they are not followed and).

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
