It was the worst experience to work at this company, a complete example of mismanagement and now I see the posts by this company of social media that come and grow with us...seriously??? This company does not deserve to be working after not giving hard earned money to their own employees

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture...feels like you have entered a political party office as there are bouncers, guards...like who need them??? These people need them to kick off people who come for their salary or the money they have paid...there are so many people like me who have not got their fnf still after 6 years of leaving that company...and do you believe they have policy to clear their fnf after 180 working days which you come to know after you join......Read More

No benefits...treat employees like their slaves...very stressful...no policies for HR... Terminate employees without any reason

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
