They have only mediocre level work and you can't complaint to your manager about work satisfaction he will not consider it and if you poke hime 3-4 time you will see effect in appraisals etc. Pathetic culture in Honda Project. 1. KPIT academy has great learning opportunity . 2. they really have good courses if you want to build your skills and do certifications perfect place. 3. also there are default courses will be assigned based on your grade which will help to continuously grow.
