Global MNC. Good salary and expenses are timely paid.

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.

They have a culture of having Off Role & On Role employees. Due to which all the company's perks goes to On Role employee's only. For ex. - They provide invitation & cab services to On Roles only for any kind of event. Specifically, they don't give Awards to Off Roles as they are not the direct employer's.
