I had been working in KocharTech at Vadodara location in NON-voice processer. Only can be joined for a time pass, there is no scope of future, not have job security, dreadful work environment, and management, above all, they do not have value for hard work.

The job is quite interesting! struggled a bit in the beginning there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
Typical one boss company. No job security. M*rw*ri owner firing employees without reason else asking to resign. No job security at all. Only a few corporate people enjoying.

They don’t give proper training. Ony 2 days of training they give and from 3rd day they will say to start our job and expect from us to learn every thing. And in starting months they take mistakes from out job. Like a hell job. They also pressurised to do over time. No leave they accept. Worst company till now.

The only good thing about working here is that it is an only call centre in Amritsar, which provides future job opportunities.
Dislikes
The list is endless, but will share few things-
1- no regards towards employees, irrespective of their circumstances
2- kochar appoints a TL on the basis of how higher is his approach to a known person
3- when you complain about that person.. no action will be taken against that person
4- Zero professional behaviour

Work life at Kochar is the least bit of relaxing, we take the problems of kochar at home, to solve their problems, as if we don't have a personal life.. even when i was on bed rest for 2 weeks, they were calling me to attend a meeting...
