Here, i have lots of experience during my job. Beyond, BDM work i have expertise in some other sector too. Here you get challenges and that challenges make you a success. Overall good helpful, and familier HR here

Dislikes

Dislike: Only that my salary was hold during pandemic for one-two month in 2019. Otherwise no cons. Overall fine.

Work Details

Good staff, Work like team, Everyone support each other. Its not like office, its like family.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
