Working culture of this school is good but lake of usage of Information Technology is a big hindrance to the pupil and staff progress. It seems the Managing Committee is not serious about the usage of Library Software so I never got the chance to work in Team and upgrade my learned skills. Working in a team gives a chance to test learned skills and get familiarize with the new one It gives strength and motivation to improve services and enhances management. Team Work enhances personality and work culture.It gives the chance to test ones working ability and any problem would be handled in a better way. Information Technology gives boost to the career and over all development and open new opportunities. Management should give attention not only to the Students development but staff also. Salary is also a big issue. What the School has decided is not quite satisfactory. Lake of appreciation is another issue despite of my lots of efforts....Read More

Work Details

My work a Librarian is to assign periods class wise. I manage collection development. Cooperate with the management and staff for better services. I started Catalog development and keep record of issue books. Issue/Return (Register System).

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
