1. There are lot of negative aspects, They will not provide you laptop to work ,you need to use your own laptop. 2. They will monitor you in your own laptop, if you will not press any key for even 2-3 minutes then , online desk time will not track your status and you will be marked unavailable. 3.They want to hire cheap labour, theywill ask you work for free for 2-3 months but then they will pay you 10-15 k for next 6-8 months and when time will come to give you a hike , then they will fire you and will hire another junior with same process.So you can understand the kind of cheap strategy they are using. 4. They have mostly US based projects so you can understand how much they are earning (atleast 4-5times hire as compared to any Indian client) but they will try not pay more than 10-20k. 5.Most important points, All the good reviews you are seeing here or in Google is all created by then , on any random day HR will call you and will ask to share you screen and they will share you the template and ask you to give 5 star rating and the comment they have shared.And also they will ask to provide 5 star ratings from your family and friends. It s been over two years now. I have found a stable company that is ready to pay if you work honestly. Before this, I changed almost 3 jobs in a span of 1 year because of covid, project issues, and company closure. But moving to Keyideas I can say I have learning and growing my skills. The appraisal, bonuses, and salaries are always on time.

It is over 2 years working from home so there is less interaction with team members.

1. Here there is no job security. 2. Very terrible environment for UI/UX Designers to work. 3. They treat their employees badly. 4. Everyday they make them work overtime and think there is no personal life of employees. 5. They don't provide any PC or any tools or softwares to work on for designers. They want the employees should take care of it which is unbelievable. 6. They monitor your PC as in what you are doing and each click on a "productive" app is categorised as productive. If you are searching for something related to work on Google it's unproductive for them and if your PC is idle for 15 seconds it is counted as unproductive. Moreover its them who decides what is productive and what is unproductive. 7. All the limitations and changes are made on your personal PC as company don't provide PC to their employees and also breaches your personal data via this. 8. People at Keyideas are smart and helpful. They know that every one is sailing in the same boat and are cordial. Culturally it is perfect to stay for long.

Dislikes

During work from home minimal interaction with your subordinates so sometimes it gets difficult to put everything by writing on the internal platform. I find one to one communication is better.
