Management is worst, so many people get fired frequently for no reason so no job security. They cheat you in salary and appraisals and give you far less than industry standards. Even the office boy will scold you and go. There is no work life balance as you will work till 11- 12 in the night. There is no personal life as they will interfere in everything from your DPs and might as well send someone at your place to see why did you take a leave to calling up your parents and complaining. Politics is there in every department. They fine people and deduct money from salary for every small and big things eg. mobile not kept in locker, toilet door not closed after using, or if not groomed properly and if you do any big mistake you'll not get your salary for that month or terminated. They are marathi business family so you'll have to call your seniors dada and tai. If you plan to resign they will torture you in they notice period and in some cases they have called the future companies where their employees were selected and told not to hire them.
