The company is good for New Employees, Who only need to learn and other things have no meaning. There are also some good employees who would love to work with them.

Dislikes

The company is total contractor type company, in which all the owner's house and villages are there, which hinders the growth of all the company. I have around 2 Yrs. experience. I see that Only 02 leaders are there Owner's brother-In-Law and Head HR of the Company and both are illiterate about the company's policy and systems. Theyonly have their own system.
