Dislikes

There is no growth in the organization, not much learning, resulting in low motivation to work for as the work culture is also very bad. Work-Life balance is very bad across most of the units. In International wing, most of them end up working on almost all weekends. Very poor infrastructure also. The laptops provided gets hanged all the time, but they expect to perform given tasks efficiently.

Work Details

There is no learning after a point and work gets pretty boring.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
