I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

They fired our entire team in less than 3 months only. During those months they gave us work that was not fit for graduates. Before I joined I was told that it won't be a call centre type/sales job. But I was supposed to make 100 calls daily. Very unrealistic goals were set. They even hired people for interning for 3 months with a promise for full time. They made people shift to Bangalore for mere 20000. Very money minded people....Read More
