I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I worked for 4 brands in my 13 years of sales experience, the worst company to work. I don't recommend kaff to my enemy also. Hr people are uneducated, Their mind runs how to sac peoples. Brand is not working on their weakness. Brand acceptance is very low. All the employees slowly slowly left this company. Very insure job.
