Abuse, mental trauma, anxiety, insult, bully, lack of respect, bad tone of voice by senior /director level personell, always having insecurity of the job. If you are thick-skinned, sold your self respect/esteem/consciousness then you might enjoy your time. No work-life balance 14-18 hours work. Partiality, biased behaviour.
