Worst working place ever. Daily Target gives everyone pressure. 3hr of talk time is terrible. Sunday is the only week off. 6 days / work. No separate cafeteria to eat. Every body should eat in their work place. Complete tamil bpo. No one suppose to stand from their places Don't join in Justdial especially as tele marketing executive. No growth here especially for freshers. You aren't suppose to reveal the real things to customer. Like life time contract. The manager don't know how to act professional or be professional and they treat TME like a bulls If you don't place appointment they will make you stand in front of everyone like school kid. If you don't give talk time for 3hr they will deduct your salary basis on talk time. Worst place ever to work. Name tha Justdial matha pathi.. Senior will not help you until and unless you not their favourite. If you can sale you can stay else you'll be terminated. Hire and fire policy chal ta hai. You need to beg for leave. Also time is 9:30Am to 6:30 PM but they'll keep you for 8:30PM because they have a impossible target for you to complete.
