Learning and development is not good. People are not helpful. You have to do everything by yourself. So, if you are a fresher, I do not recommend joining here.

Great work culture. Friendly managers. Ample amount of time to wramp up.

Dislikes

Ramp-up materials are not upto the standard. People usually struggle for the initial few years to understand the basics and configurations. Promotions and hikes are entirely dependant on teams. Some teams have frequent promotions and hikes while the others suffer for years.

The only thing I like about juniper is it's chill work culture.

Sometimes very bad work life balance. Very poor hike. No team bonding..

Job Security, Once the project our team was working on was declared stale and needs to be updated ground up then entire QA team got no work to do. instead of expelling they let them merge to other team where QA is required.

No Career Growth, No new knowledge gained or skills developed.

In short Juniper networks is a big sinking ship. Management is pathetic and good people have already left company long time back. Lot of higher level politics. Products are not performing good in market. Definitely not a place to look for growth.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Lot of capable and experienced engineers left the company long time back. Favouritism Blunder committed by management in order to safeguard their interest.
