In maintanance department supervisor and zonal are not supporting in technical issue and also they have no any technical knowlede of lift,but still they are route engineer and zonal engineer which i dont know what is the work of them.no any training for technician.

People in higher level are not much professional. Everything is not like open book. Helping hands are less. Product is not up to the mark.
