MANAGEMENT WAS VERY KEEN IN EVERY ASPECT TO GROW BUSINESS AND CARING EMPLOYEE WELFARE

Middle Managment was pathetic, selfish people around every corner they never been help new employees and they created particular groups for their own growth particularly in Middle Management if Higher Management not involved in this case company not grow from routs at all. My sincere advice to the Board of Directors look into this matter and resolve on higher basis.

working here for few months now too much office politics, the deployment is never planned and entire process here is made unnecessarily complicated , too much favouritism like their fav ppl leaves are approved , no need of coming to office ontime or leaving early, dont fall for any review that says anything positive its not true and its not employee friendly, healthy working culture here, no body helps u with basic new joining stuff u need ,just wont recommend anyone fresher or exp to come, u need to be too good to handle all the politics thats all. manager and senior managers treats you like absolute slave. u grow here only if you are extremely good with politics , buttering the upper management no actual skills/intelligence needed. also no proper hierarchy is maintained here within team and organisation....Read More

Everything. I had terrible experience working for blinkX that was JM Financial's online platform for trading. As junior employee, I was expecting some sort of support from HR, but HR is completely biased towards seniors. He only listens and accepts whatever seniors say. I will not recommend anyone to work here even if you are getting very good package just for the sake of your mental health

You have to work till 10 to 11 hours. No appraisal. No job security. You have to travel too much near about 400 km in 2 weeks but you will not going to get fuel allowances

1. Higher compensation as compared to the Industry

1. Unnecessary work on weekends just because it is Investment Banking 2. Mandates come from top leadership....no real coverage banking 3. Highly rude, egoistic, insecure and envious people at top leadership 4. Exploitative behaviour, office politics, gossips, talking behind backs, etc. Won't recommend this even to my worst enemy

Unprofessional Dwello management who favour employee as per their self requirment. E.g The City Head who looks Easter favour those TL who pays his Hotel Bill and Shopping bill but does not monitor employee on their performance
