Jio is part of a very large conglomerate. Its done extremly well in gaining markets share with the help of Pricing strategy, hardworking dedicated team in Geography/states. All decision and processes are central driven. getting supprot from central team is a fight. Major Trust deficit between central and state teams. leading to information mismatch and wrong decision making. No power at local level to resolve any customer or employee issue. 10 dislike because lots of politics insides in jio. Company mein manager tak ki koi value nhi hai. Koi bhi kaam proper channel through hona chahiye. Jab government apne adhikariyon ka transfer karti rahti hai to kyu na har do saal mein jio puri team ka transfer karey. Ye hona chahiye. Hum hi kyu survive karein apne gharwalon se door rahkar. Jab boss politics karey to behtar hai yahi hona chahiye.

I have put my best effor approximately 24hrs in many occasions and Happy for my own delivery as bring uptime, reachability to a optimum level irrespective of superiors encouragement ( which is never received)

Dislikes

Just ok as no any motivation, no uplifting, no knowledge enhancement program, no improvement in remuneration as well as position. In covid pendamic also forcefully compelled to attend office daily without any proper reason and not even got any special treatment for such duty when whole country was locked down, no food at out side.
