It's a good organization but there is lots of things rather than profile. Employees has to work beyond their profiles. Carrier Growth is very slow. HR is not strong. Forcely work on Holidays and week off. Unable to understand what we have to do. Every day New programs has launched and nobody is care about old programs and their payouts. I got only 5% increament in more than 2.5 years.

There's working style style. Unnecessary VCs. Nobody is Ready to listen the reality of Ground. Payout methods. No incentive structure for employees.

Not career Growth in jio.i have work from 2.5 years but no Growth

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is low. The work pressure is very high .sometimes ,i have to work 14-18 Hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .Managers do not value an individuals'Unique strenghts,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation call from my client
