Working in the society which is directly allied with Government always provide a great learning experience irrespective of its pros and cons. Starting with Job security if a person is putting efforts in meeting the demand of the team leader than his job in the organisation is fixed means kind of hire to retire. Adding to this the work culture various a lot from block level to state level. Further more the companies policy is same for all the staff working in the organisation. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
