They will never provide you training or KT.. you have to find way to servive by own. 0% job security. They will ask You to resign to Keep only their employees (Jo hamesha chatate rahe) will sustain there only if you are management's relative or employee with highest dependancy. No any career growth. Average appraisal but every time they will promise "next time tera appraisal bahot Acha Hoga!" Only CTO travel for any client requirements.. Company itself based on dirty politics. This company is just a family friends business. You can't learn anything without manager's approval. Work environment is not good..no one follows the process.. everyone wants to complete their work first. No one explains anything to anyone. Innovation..Haha..haha..haha..nothing inovative happens here.. You work here day and night but you can't get any compoff..even you got you'll not get approved by CTO. Teammates will only blame you Infront of manager's..no training you have to find a way to solve burmuda triangle equations made by their previous employers. No any career growth here..no appraisal..at you can do if yr higher authorities wants to play politics with everyone.. disgusting work environment.. nothing innovative in the work or process.. keep another offer before joining here.
