Work culture is extraordinary different from office culture, so much politics and diplomat nature. Actually everyone is saving their job. People are not developed to take own decision. Zero leadership development. If you are girl never join to be just a showpiece in company.

1. Toxic work environment. 2. Zero work-life balance - there's always something to do on Saturdays and Sundays. 3. Always on hustle culture 4. If you do not carry your laptop when on vacation, your dedication is questioned 5. No real freedom of speaking out in front of senior bosses 6. Tendency of senior leaders to push accountability down to the low level employees 7. Even if you have completed your tasks for the day by closing time, you are expected to sit late at the office as long as your bosses are there 8. Sending a work email late at night is shown to others as example of sincerety 9. Everything works on the concept of 'Projection' - which could be miles away from reality - because this is what 'the bosses want to see.' 10. Working under pressure is glorified.
