worst culture.if u resign they will hold your salary n never give it ,14 hours shift , monika khandelwal branch manager is very rude n involves in personal life as well .. abuses employee.. threaten them that she will hold salary n give termination.. if u go here your life will become hell trust me .

Very poor with staff. Misbehave with female staff.....Mr. Jeet Singh Rana is terrible. He is not giving the salaries of the employee on time due which, they suffer alot and even his wife is very bad with employees. Doesn't need even 1 star.

Good salary but comes with a lot of stress which is not worth.

They make you overtime without any additional pay , toxic work environment and the coworkers are disrespectful and puts you down if you're not bringing any sales with degrading remarks. They lure you with their salary structure but treat their employees very poorly. A very selfish and unethical organisation.

The culture is very toxic, They need numbers there is no employee satisfaction. There is more partiality and favouritism if you are not their favorite you can't grow there or you will not be recognised. Some Sundays also you need to work it depends on your team lead.

Here at Jaro Education, there is much moreto learn . I joined this company 1 year back and today i handle the counselor psoition. Monthly team lunch outings, social events , and fun activities give u a good break.

Worst organisation I have ever seen, they have soo many policies just for the name sake in a written format rest in reality they have their personal grudges with everyone. I have been working here at Jaro Education for the past 2 years and it is great to see how hard work is appreciated. The most important thing that I learnt here is how profiling is done which helped me to understand the structure of how working professionals evolved and feels good to work here. The salary that they give is better than market average. Though there are few unreliable employees, there are few really good colleague.

Dislikes

There no work life balance at all. You'll have to work on weekends. No job security. You'll have to forget about respect too, the TL doesn't mind about who's around and what is the situation, if you don't achieve your target you get shouted in front of the whole office. Obviously you'll have to work extra time regularly.
