Please stay away aa there are lot of management issues. Politics at peak and hikes given secretly to some people. Rest all were left empty handed. Talent won't be rewarded only bootliking and buttering works. The JFS is worst team and NB MPB even worse. Armed forces personnel should not dream about this company.

Everything. Politics favouritism at peak. People who are boot lickers will get secret hikes. Jfs worst NB MPB worst. Armed forces personnel have not been been promoted for 5 years despite deserving.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
