Medical policy over here is not good you will not able to get claim easily it's not a fault from there third party who doesn't handel in good way .

Clients are good, partners with good technologies. Never saw anyone getting fired in last one and half year so job security is good. As mid scale company it has tendency to learn yourself policy for laterals. But for freshers it's good.

Dislikes

Few people do not deserve to be on the position they are. To be on some higher position, person should have proper knowledge of domain and technology. It's not necessary to have just experience. Skills need to be developed. HR are not so welcoming Training should be conducted regularly and with mandates. Few suggestions: Washroom etiquettes, soft skills and company knows about technical things.
