It's good company, work life balance is also very good, onsite opportunity are there but there are some conditions are there you have to full fill. They provide the health insurance upto 5lakhs.

Micro Management. Outdated approach in Development. Null leadership quality of managers. No open door policy. Never work with IND4.0 under leadership of KARTHIK RAMAN, PROMOD HANAKRE, SACHIN BALASAHEB BORASE. These guys will make your life hell. You suggest anything it hurt their ego, out of project and then make sure you dnt get project in ITC and fire you later. Even HR Wont take action on any kind of complain even HARASSMENT COMPLAIN FILED BY MANY EMPLOYEE. People were asked to work from hospital . Very worst company. No methodological handling of projects ,employees or the time. Hire 10 freshers and a senior for project. Taking of leaves or unavailibilty on Saturday and Sunday will questioned. Multiple project are assigned for same person. Also they won’t allocate one programming language, they will make a different technological guy to work on non related technological stuff. Quality check or review on code will never done. Worst company with zero ethics . Mangers are very worst use absurd words and if we question they will put u for bench.HRs are there just to listen managers and employees dnt have freedom of voice. Work life balance is there but only for those who want to work as medium pace. If someone wants to learn new and fast, this is not the company they should join.

Dislikes

This company is known for job security and work life balance, but the truth is there is no job security. Work life balance is ok. In terms of job security, they are firing people by forcing them to resign. HR forces people to share your screen and put resignation paper, also they have very old projects where tech stack being used is too old.
