I love this company and everything is great. Only one thing I want to say that few higher position agent will keep doing too harassment to leave the company if you will not salute them every day twice of due to any reason they don't like you so they will try more to put the resignation paper or eals do ZTP.

I love everything only I don't like political things happening on floor and who will do this only higher position agent like AM or process Manager

iSON BPO company is good but there management is very bad. They have not manner to talk and behaviour with there associates and Team Lead. This is not good to stable.

Dislikes

There managements always blame to Team Leads for every small and big manners but they nevere suggest to how to do. If an associate having chicken pox and T.Ls informed to his manager but they wants his pic. They never trust his TLs and they behave like TLs are not a part of this process and taking meeting 4 to 5 times in a day, ect.This is not a right way to drive an organisation. My team was good developing when it comes to job security hell u will not come to know today is ur last day probably ison plays best politics then politicians rewarded for that and the hell is HR department and payroll department you will get ur FNF unroll u r the boss...... I recomment no one to work not the place to work with ison......
