The work-life balance is always maintained. The Company culture is amazing. The Seniors always guides us and helps us when ever we seek for help.

They should assign our projects on the technology we had our training in and not in any other tech where we have to learn it for weeks. This will help us associate or freshers to stick with one particular tech for the time we server to the company.

Thing which like most is IntelliSwift’s work culture. U get exciting projects to work and training with courses as well. The relationship with your manager and seniors are friendly. Company organised the event such as hackathon 2022 which was great experience to participate, present idea and to win😉.

Recruitment department- TA team manager has maintained no work life balance. Every Saturday pressurising to work. Blames for no reason No appreciation or motivation for the team. Always talks negatively over calls
