The company doesn’t offer job security at all and they force candidates to come for a Face to face round even they are from different state. However if you do well in the interview also your probation period is for 6months and they have a history of firing people on the same day.

Dislikes

As they are struggling with projects and with client the probability of enhancing your skills is too low.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
