i feel this is a amazing company to work in, where all cultures are respected and treated equally. Training sessions are very interactive and can get good hands on practice which we learned. Join here to get good corporate experience.

HR in the company are very supportive they brings lot of benefits for employees. Talking about the work culture so it is open means you can reach out anytime with anyone and share your thoughts and ideas. Also offers good salaries and compensation too. So good company to start a career.

During working with them I get a good exposure. All employees from management to seniors all are supportive. Intelligent colleagues who always help you out with any concern or query. This company follows open work environment so you can reach out to management about any concern.

Everything. No one is supportive. Event leads and managers are rude. If you are boot licker then you can survive here. Or if you come with someone's reference then you can stay here. Managers spoil every weekend. If you are not feeling well it's your problem they want there's task to be completed even if you are on death bed. They ask you to work in nights also and expect to come early office in the morning. If you work here for an year, you must suffer with depression. I requested them not to all me for late nights but they refused and if you don't obey them and raise any concern then they will put you on PIP. Disturb at week ends. Kills ur personal time. Ask to work 12 Hrs or more. Calls over phone at night 12.30. Ask you to work on sick leave. No Employee improvement plan. Only 7 Holidays in an year. Very frustrating culture. If u r joining newly, u ll be ragged by old employees in the company around 20Yrs. Do not ever fall in their trap.

Nothing. Only one thing you can learn is Office Politics from people who are surviving there for years by playing office politics creating dependency on them and getting promotions and hikes though they don't deserve.

Everything Role will be different than what was told to you .All development will be done using their internal tools which has zero value outside and ultimately all your skills will be lost and you will not be employable anywhere else Toxic team and clients No SDLC processes are being followed No employee friendly policy Work culture, Team structure is bad and everyone is frustrated and no knowledge sharing.
