a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Nothing special, just another workplace that tries to be your family on convenience.

Dislikes

The Focus is on quantity, quality does not matter but they will bring it up during performance reviews as if that is the only thing that matters. Company culture plus HR does not respond to any query.
