I have a good working experience in this company, working culture and team leaders are very good and veey supportive.Good work environment and culture, management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Incentive structure designed to not let ppl make money (70:30) HR will rob you daylight by giving you hike on fixed salary and will promise you will achive 100% which will never happen Gross Margin, Top line, Product, Partner you will. Be gauged on all parameters for incentives No job security No parking not even for bikes ppl come at 7 to park 7 slots taken for 120 ppl pathetic campus

Too much of a flat structure with no focus on employee engagement and support required to do a job. Someone can raise their voice loudly in a meeting , even its not a true fact- leadership simply believe it and move on. People withheld information purposefully to get visibility at leadership level. Very tough for a new joiner, even experienced person.
