1. Many projects related to SAP development, upgrade & migration; considering it is a service-based company. 2. Company culture is really great. 3. If you really want to grow and proactively show some interest then you get to work on the latest & cutting-edge technology/tools.

1. Annual hikes are not on time. Sometime they skip it completely. 2. Appraisal ratings are not directly related to your performance. You might perform outstanding but you will still get "Meets Expectations".

Its largest company but least preferred with respect to employee friendly. Customer is God, but employee is like dog to this company. Salary never grows irrespective of any number of years we work in this. Whichever is the technology in which you have experience, you have to work on any technology project requires and they never care about your career path. They only focus on getting money from customer, don't care about employee aspirations. Appraisals are just for the sake of system, not at all relevant to actual talent/performance. We can forget about Promotions or hikes. Its only strength is giving trainings, tutorials to employees to get ready on any skill required by project. No ethical values and no benefits to employees. Even they charge parking fees from employees. They do false promises with the clients and put unrealistic targets on employees to deliver.
