Mangers Like "Maulik " and "Anmol " are not good , they misguide the new fresher before taking in projects . these leads are insuficent with technical skill it will create lots of unecessarynoice in project , thing which can be done in hours , ussually take weeks becuase of skill gap in senior roles of lead and mangers , they are in the organization since 10 or 12 years so they became lead and mangers, even junior system associate technical skill is better then this leads and managers , specially i have wroked two telecomunication domian project i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly. No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I have joined infosys for a contratul role and funny thing is even my manager is not sure with my role. He is not sure why he hired me. Once project got stabiled he told to leave on 29 November 2024.then internally got an opportunity to attend interview with a project manager and amazed with his knowledge. He has the knowledge of 5th standard student and expecting the contractual people to have PhD knowledge. Never join in infosys for a C2H role .
