Great brand to work for, this would definitely add value to your overall CV and brand value. For some people this may turn into the company to work their whole life because some of the teams are pretty good (mostly non-HR teams). I have friends (who are engineer's and not a non-engineer like me) whose experiences are very different then mine.

Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Millennials and young people may not like working in this company because all the top position are filled with people who have been with Infy since ages. If you are in Blore campus and you are not a local person then you may understand. The above is specific to HR roles only.

Skill development - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

It was decent, the office campus is totally awesome with almost everything available within the Blore campus.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
