Nothing. It's purely based on the team whom you are working for. BUT mostly, for freshers it can be beneficial. After 1+ years, it's really a waste of time to sit in Infinite and waste your time. I'm also just trying to develop skills and waiting for the right opportunity to move away from this toxic company and work culture.

Dislikes

Not even a 10% I will say good things about Infinite. I have experienced the worst phase in my beginning of my career in Infinite. Currently, I have analysed my long term goals and working towards that. Once, I upskill I'll definitely switch rather than staying in this toxic company.

The work life balance depends on your seniority and the junior engineers have always been targeted and pressurised by the project delivery manager and work life balance is a myth in healthcare domain. As a fresher you can able to learn lot of things. You can learn new things and the leads and manager will help you get good knowledge in technology. They are supportive

There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

If you have already worked in product based companies, for whatever reason never join this company. It will be damn difficult to sync. Even after getting excellent performance rating for 2 years, you won't get any hike or promotion. As usual micro management which is common in these companies. You can enhance your skills only if you get chance to work in projects from large US based enterprises.

This company follows an unethical hiring and firing process. They rush to hire resources , making false promises about job security and long term growth. However after a short period, they suddenly ask emp to resign without valid justification. The management lacks professionalism and accountability , making the work environment highly unstable.

Infinite computer solution is good .but client iron mountain is worst. Client name is anil zampa he dont have much knowledge on front end angular. he do lot of micro managment.which is pathetic. Dont join iron mountain projects.
