The bank appraisal system was very poor. Has a Branch operation team'was accepting minimum bones are good reating based on year performence.but here totally different the appraisal system was worst. For example Me and my colleague do the good business and give the good service to the customers and take good feedback also and good audit score ,but Both of them not received good rating and appraisal not only my branch, other branches and overall the system was maintained the process, We are not satisfied that sorry for saying.........Read More
