It's about the experiences that I am getting from my seniors here in this organization. All are really helpful. Learning takes place every now and then, which is the best part in Indusind Bank.

Dislikes

Lack of managerial skills among seniors at times. It really impacts the resources confidence in them. I hope we get some good managers who can lead from the front.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Work life has really changed now. Beginning was tough. I learnt a lot with the help of my seniors. Now I am gearing up to take big responsibilities. Thanks a lot Indusind Bank.
