Poor recruitment process the senior HR is unprofessional. After 4 technical rounds of interview . immaculate shared a mail that u r not selected. Candidates wait for 15 days and then they reject thrm.

Ok work environment, people are old and the plan to grow as a company is limited. Company policy is good, good hikes but lot of internal communications gaps. Slow in promotions and really slow as a firm. Soon going to be a lala company.

Dislikes

Decent salary, above average hikes. Lots of learning but lot of overwork and tight deadlines. No testing and hesitant towards changes in technology.
