The role has allowed me to gain hands on experience not only in development but also in deployment and client handling. It's great environment for learning and expanding your skill set early in your career.

Dislikes

While the company offers substantial learning oppurtunites,there can be challenges in balancing support and development tasks, which might feel overwhelming at times. Additionally, structured training programs or better onboarding processes for freshers could help them adapt more quickly.

Culture is poor only hire & fire . Project pipeline is very poor .. ... Reguler in office must . No wfh . Full of politics ... No good managers for learning .
