My Manager Mr Rizvan Quereshi is not supporting and never motivate to team, He is behave like Boss instead of leader. He should be polite and work together. Other all things are good. He is pressurise to work on Saturday even Sunday on beginning of Months

Officials are very considerate and relevantly optimistic. Efforts are well appreciated and timed. No obsessive pressure for work, Payments are on time, many facilites and good HQ office infra.

Dislikes

Slightly business centric, as an IT exec. I felt left out and felt lack of equal opportunity, although managers are very supportive and HR is always there to help.

HR not respond on time. My salary was hold due to my reporting manager not approve my leave timely, so i had urgent need of salary , i am doing email and also call to HR for release my salary but not any resolution done.
