Working with Indo European had been a great experience as you get ample opportunities if you are consistent and self motivated.Had personal experience of working on different roles in different departments.The team members across all branches and head office are cordial and supportive which leads to one’s own personal and organisation growth.

Appreciation is something which is not part of work culture and too much micromanagement at all levels

As a Branch head I must say that the co-workers are quite congenial. There is no discrimination on the work phase. They all give respect to each other and express their own views in a very kind way. There is nothing to say as dislike but it is just a kind suggestion from my point of view that working days either should be five or Saturday should be a half day. Because it is really helpful to get our mind fresh and rejuvenate which will surely lead to get a good growth in business..
