Worst company to work for. Upper management doesn’t understand the technology well. Appreciation goes to managers only. No recognition for developers who are actually working. If you are on project u are safe, they don’t retain anyone on bench.

They are more focused on getting more business and people part is totally ignored to earn more money. Many times I was called by my supervisor after office hours and when I was unable to attend due to personal reasons, I was questioned about my commitment to the role. Even at 11 PM at Night.
