The company is a new start up and is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. This company provides a good platform to the freshers who are interested in growing up a career in SAP. I joined as a fresher with zero knowledge about SAP but now I have learned a lot about this SAP system because of this company.

As there are many projects going on sometimes it is very hectic to cope up and manage all projects in the same time.

One of the worst companies ever , no positive things to say about this horrible place!!

I gave one star only because there is nothing less than that. I joined this company to start my career with SAP technology. I looked forward in my career with lots of positivity and enthusiasm, but all I experienced was bad behaviour and constant discouragement. The ppl who hired me behaved in a worst possible manner , these days even domestic helps are treated better than the way I was treated. They humiliated and discouraged me every single day , they have one or two favourite employees who are there relatives too and it was only they who got all the work, trainings , respect and recognition. In covid situation I was forced to visit client location even when covid positive cases were found in the site . When I refused to visit and asked for wfh facilities they asked me to resign. The company works in a very friendly environment. Mostly focused on learning and developing new IT solutions and projects. Senior Management is very approachable and understand the concerns raised from the employees. Freshers are given better opportunity to learn and prove themselves.

Sometimes due to multiple projects, project team or consultants have to work extensively for the delivery of the project.

As a Project Manager, I have to assure the delivery and smooth execution of the ongoing projects. It also includes managing the whole project teams and getting the best out of them to deliver the project on time. Have to work closely with the Client also.

ICS has a very good working environment, mainly focusing on SAP and other ERP products for giving good business solution in real time and mediated by automation and technology. Here all employees are like family. Time to time there are new challenges/task assigned to all employees, which I consider as an opportunity for learning something new every time.
